You choose a time on my online calendar
We connect over a phone call, or video Zoom call (your choice)
This will allow me to learn about you, where you want to travel, your style, needs, preferences and wishlist
We'll discuss how we work together
We'll discuss the Research/Planning fee
After our call is over I email you a recap of what we discussed along with a list of all the included services I provide you depending on your type of trip
You decide if you'd like to hire me, I invoice you and then we move forward.
Once you are officially my client you become my top priority

I will get to work on the best options for you based on what we discussed during our call
You will receive a beautiful emailed proposal with a video walkthrough of the best option(s) tailored to you for your consideration.
You ask questions, we tweak things, until everything is just the way you like it.

Once you have made your choices I'll place the deposit(s) on your behalf and you are booked. The countdown to your vacation begins!
You will know when final payment(s) are due, that I take care of as well as all cancellation policies.
You will have the option to download a free app that your personalized itinerary and travel documents will live.
I will ensure you are more than well prepared before, during and after your vacation.
I am your advocate if anything needs to be changed or adjusted and your one point of contact who is just a text, call or email away.,

During the time leading up to your vacation I monitor any offers or promotions released that could pertain to your trip and apply them if eligible, so you’ll always be receiving the best value without you lifting a finger.
We'll be going over anything and everything you need to be ready in the time leading up to your travel departure day.
We will have a final pre-trip Zoom, Facetime or phone call a week or so before you leave for your vacation. I am always just a text, email or call away during the whole process.
All of your travel documents, itinerary, reservations, city guides, need-to-knows with all be in a special app created just for you for easy reference before and during your vacation.

If you have any questions, or issues during your trip you can feel free to call or text. I am your advocate before, during and after travel, so you don't waste your precious vacation time on hold on the phone.
