I put as much time, care, research and expertise into your vacation as I do my own. I have industry connections with travel suppliers all over the world and only partner with the best. I can many times upgrade your trip in ways you couldn't. Many of my connections only work with travel professionals and their offerings are not available to the general public
My agency is affiliated with Virtuoso, which is the leading global network of agencies specializing in luxury travel. A Virtuoso Travel Advisor elevates your trip to get the best value for your time and money and thanks to global connections and firsthand expertise I can VIP you at hotels, cruise lines, tours and more.
You will get your time back as I make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance. And I am always just a phone call/text away before, during and after your trip.
The elevated one on one service I provide is invaluable and with travel protocols ever changing in the world today, this is needed more than ever. In other words, you don't know what you don't know, but because you are working with me, you will.
YES!
Everyone's travel desires change at different times in their lives. I have families who plan their yearly Disney World trip with me but who also want a completely new vacation and aren't sure where to go. I get to know all my clients and therefore always have tailored recommendations for what's next and aligns with their travel style. During our first call it may seem like I ask a lot of questions but that is because I am curating a vacation tailored just to you and your family.
Well you are definitely in for the time of your life however I can't think of any other vacation that needs as much of a strategy for its success. I'm not going to lie, the days of just booking your hotel and tickets, showing up and winging it have been gone fora long time. You need to know a lot.
A Disney Parks vacation has a pretty steep learning curve and so much of what people had mastered has now changed. It's a whole new world in many ways and if you don't eat, breathe and live it like I do, it can simply be overwhelming. It doesn't have to be that way.

That's where I come in. During our initial consultation I'll share with you everything that I will do for you (and teach you) to make it all stress free. I even wrote a digital guide for my clients you can view in an app I send you that also includes my exclusive planning videos that I update and add to often.
I promise it'll all make sense and you'll be a Disney pro.
This can depend on the type of vacation.
Ocean Cruises, the earlier the better. Cruise pricing is dynamic, meaning as the ship continues to book up the prices just continue to climb higher. Last minute cruise "deals" aren't really a thing anymore. Ships fill up much faster these days.
European River Cruises in particular can book up 18 months-2 years in advance for peak travel times. As an example the German Christmas Market cruises. You have more leeway with ocean cruising and while last minute is possible (anything 3 months or less is considered last minute) ship availability and cabin selection will be limited and more expensive then it was when first released.
All inclusive Caribbean Resorts can and do fill up quickly for particular times of year so I would want to be at least 6 months or further out. Earlier is always better for best price and selection.
Disney vacations can depend. I book & plan these last minute often, it just comes down to resort availability but with so many options it is usually fine anytime. The benefit to planning early can be between the day we book your vacation til before you get there many promotions will be released and we can apply the ones that fit your trip as many times as we want, so it gives more time for that.
Hawaii is one that needs a GOOD amount of time ahead generally. I would say a minimum of 6-9 months if not longer for the best availability and flight prices.
No, with a Disney vacation package we secure your reservation with a $200 deposit with final balance being due 30 days prior to check in.
Cruises, all inclusive resorts, hotels and other types of trips work the same way, an initial deposit. You do not pay me for your vacation directly, you authorize me to remit payment(s) on your behalf for your trip.
Yes! Do you have a group (of at least 8-10 rooms) that wants to take a trip together? Cruises are great for a group of people who have a shared interest or hobby. You as the Group Leader can many times enjoy a complimentary room for getting the group together.
Cruises or luxury all inclusive resorts are perfect options for group travel. I also plan and plan many large multigenerational family/friends Walt Disney World trips too and make it very easy.
There are so ways I can maximize and elevate your group vacation and you'll get all the credit (ad many times free perks!) as the group leader. Groups also usually receive upgrades and perks and often better pricing. I'd love to chat about your ideas for your group.
