Everyone's travel desires change at different times in their lives. I have families who plan their yearly Disney World trip with me but who also want a completely new vacation and aren't sure where to go. I get to know all my clients and therefore always have tailored recommendations for what's next and aligns with their travel style. During our first call it may seem like I ask a lot of questions but that is because I am curating a vacation tailored just to you and your family.
I've never been to Walt Disney World what do I need to know?
Well you are definitely in for the time of your life however I can't think of any other vacation that needs as much of a strategy for its success. I'm not going to lie, the days of just booking your hotel and tickets, showing up and winging it are long gone.

How far in advance do you recommend we begin planning and booking?
This can depend on the type of vacation.
Ocean Cruises, the earlier the better. Cruise pricing is dynamic, meaning as the ship continues to book up the prices just continue to climb higher. I do have allocated rooms on several sailings per month on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity ships that are highly discounted and come with additional On Board Credit, so if you are thinking about sailing either of those lines be sure to reach out to me for these benefits.
European River Cruises in particular can book up 18 months-2 years in advance for peak travel times. As an example the German Christmas Market cruises. You have more leeway with ocean cruising and while last minute is possible (anything 3 months or less is considered last minute) ship availability and cabin selection will be limited and more expensive then it was when first released.
All inclusive Caribbean Resorts can and do fill up quickly for particular times of year so I would want to be at least 4-6 months or further out. Earlier is always better for best price and selection but often I can make it happen with just 2-3 months depending on the season.
Disney The benefit to planning early can include many promotions that will be released inbetween the day we book your trip and your arrival that we can apply the ones that fit your trip as many times as we want, so it gives more time for that. Resort availability is best with at least a few months before arrival but I plan/book many Disney vacations on super short notice. Hawaii is one that needs a GOOD amount of time ahead generally. I would say a minimum of 6-9 months if not longer for the best availability and flight prices.
Do I have to pay for my whole trip upfront?
No, with a Disney vacation package we secure your reservation with a $200 deposit with final balance being due 30 days prior to check in.
Cruises, all inclusive resorts, hotels, packaged vacations, tours and other types of vacations work the same way, an initial deposit. You do not pay me for your vacation directly, you authorize me to remit payment(s) on your behalf for your trip.
Do you book group travel?
Yes! Do you have a group (of at least 8-10 rooms) that wants to take a trip together? Cruises are great for a group of people who have a shared interest or hobby, a family reunion, bachelorette party, girls trip, book or sport club.
You as the Group Leader can many times enjoy a complimentary room for getting the group together with EVERYONE traveling in your group receiving onboard credit, special group rate lower pricing and possibly more perks/upgrades, just ask me!
Cruises or luxury all inclusive resorts are perfect options for group travel. I also plan and plan many large multigenerational family/friends Walt Disney World trips too and make it very easy.
