Vacation Consultation
- You choose a time on my online calendar
- We connect over a phone call, or video Zoom call (your choice)
- This will allow me to learn about your destination, vision, budget, travel dates, your style, needs, and preferences
- We discuss the role I play as your dedicated travel advisor and how we work together
- After our call I email you a recap of what we discussed along with a list of all the included services I provide
- Once you decide to hire me, you are officially my client and I get to work
Your Planning Fee
One Time Planning Fee
Price varies depending on the complexity of your travel after learning about your vision.
Payment of your planning fee signals your intent to work with me and reserves my time and expertise and allows me to take on a select number of clients so I can give each vacation the time, attention, and care it deserves.

Crafting Your Proposal
- I will get to work on the best options for you based on what we discussed during our call
- You will receive a beautiful emailed proposal with a video walkthrough of the best option(s) tailored to you for your consideration.
- There are often perks, special rates and upgrades I am able to offer you to elevate your vacation and thank you for planning with Suite Destinations Travel
- You ask questions, we tweak things, until everything is just the way you like it.

Planning Your Vacation
- Once you have made your choices I'll place the deposit(s) on your behalf. Sometimes we wait and book certain components of your vacation further along as we go in the planning process. The countdown to your vacation begins!
- After you have approved your proposal then it turns into an itinerary. As we continue with the planning process I add things to it such as flights, insurance, excursions, tours, other reservations etc as it's a live document that updates as I add to it.
- You will have the option to download a free app that your personalized itinerary and travel documents will exist for reference before and during your trip.
- You will know when final payment(s) toward your vacation are due, that I take care of as well as all cancellation policies.
- I will ensure you are more than well prepared before, during and after your vacation.
- I am your advocate if anything needs to be changed or adjusted and your one point of contact who is just a text, call or email away.,
- If your vacation is to a Disney Destination see the list of the services included for you
Counting Down The Days
- During the time leading up to your vacation I monitor any offers or promotions released that could pertain to your trip and apply them if eligible, so you’ll always be receiving the best value without you lifting a finger.
- We'll be going over anything and everything you need to be ready in the time leading up to your travel departure day.
- We will have a final pretrip Zoom, Facetime or phone call a week or so before you leave for your vacation. I am always just a text, email or call away during the whole process.
- All of your travel documents, itinerary, reservations, city guides, need-to-knows with all be in a special app created just for you for easy reference before and during your vacation.
During Your Trip
- If you have any questions, or issues during your trip you can feel free to call or text. I am your advocate before, during and after travel. You won't spend any of your precious vacation time dealing with issues.
- Have the most incredible trip, I can't wait to hear about it when you return and find out where you want to explore next!
